I think I hit a divet in a speedbump and it knocked my fork off my wheel, busting both the fork and the rotor. If you use it a lot, make sure you tighten nuts/bolts/screws pretty regularly. Still 4 stars for me because it's a comfortable ride, perfect for city commuting, and looks badass. I'm 55 years old and GenZ thinks I'm the coolest.
I have had this bike for exactly a year and placed 1820 miles on it, and with basic maintenance, it works really good, 100% will buy from again!
Son got this bike for 15th birthday. I was worried the battery would be underpowered and not last long but it has been great! He loves it. Zooms all over. Great first e-bike and love the retro style
I have been using the CYCRUN for the past three weeks.
1. Power: Compared to "SPIN" scooter, its power feels slightly weaker or about the same. It struggles noticeably on steep inclines.
2. Battery: Best suited for trips under 30 minutes round-trip. It might go slightly farther, but it feels uncertain.
3. Brakes: The disc brakes are noisy and feel weak. Even after several attempts to adjust the brake tension, they still lack sufficient stopping power when braking hard at higher speeds.
Overall, this bike is not a high-performance model. However, it performs well enough for short commutes on flat roads. Its design and basic functionality are solid, so I would recommend it to anyone considering an e-bike in this price range.
Additional Note:
My biggest concern before purchasing was whether I could receive proper support if something went wrong. Unfortunately, the chainring was damaged during shipping. It took about two weeks to resolve the issue. Initially, I was offered a $20 refund to repair it myself, but eventually, they sent me a replacement part. I did have to spend extra money on tools to replace it, but I found that acceptable. Overall, their customer service is reasonable.
I liked the bike, i rode 100 miles on it and it works very good, feels long at first but then feels short if you have 55 mile version you should get 150 miles according to me.
