Shipping Policy

We're always working to ship your order as quickly as possible. Once your order is placed, you'll receive an order confirmation email. When your order ships, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking details.

1. Which countries can be delivered?
US: All Cycrown E-Bike products can be delivered to the continental US (excluding Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and Alaska). Most of our products come with free standard shipping. In some cases, you may also see optional upgraded service fees for faster delivery or added protection—please refer to the checkout page for final details.

2. When will my order be processed?

  • Orders placed Monday to Friday: your item will ship within 36 hours.

  • Orders placed on weekends: your item will ship on Monday.
    If you have a special request, please leave us a note at checkout.

3. Order Cancellation:
To cancel your order, please follow these steps:

  1. Log in to your account on our website.

  2. Navigate to the "My Account" section.

  3. Under "Order Details," locate the order you wish to cancel.

  4. Cancel requests are available within the first 3 hours after placing the order.

  5. If the order has already shipped, it cannot be canceled. Please wait for delivery and contact us within 30 days to initiate a return.

4. Tracking Packages:
Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. You can use this to track your package directly on the carrier’s website.

5. Delivery Time:
Delivery time depends on your location. Typically, you will receive your order within 3–6 business days. Accessories may take longer, as some ship directly from the factory with international transit times of up to 20 days.
