Shipping Policy

We're always working to ship your order as quickly as possible. Once your order is placed, you'll receive an order confirmation email. When your order ships, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking details.

1.Which countries can be delivered?
US:All the Cycrown E-Bike products can be delivered to US-Continent (Excluding Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and Alaska), Due to policy reasons, we offer both free shipping services and promotional non-free shipping links. Everything is subject to the checkout page display.

2.When does my order will be proceed?
Orders placed on Monday to Friday, Your item will be shipped out 36 Hours.
Orders placed on weekend, your item will be shipped out on Monday.
If you have a special case or requirement please note us.

3.Order Cancellation:

To cancel your order, please follow these steps:

1. Log in to your account on our website.
2. Once logged in, navigate to the "My Account" section.
3. Under the "Order Details" section, locate the specific order you wish to cancel.
4. Please know that cancel requests are only available during the first 3 Hours after you placed your order.
5. Click on the "Cancel Order" button to initiate the cancelation process.If the order has already been shipped, it cannot be canceled. Please wait for delivery and contact us within 30 days of receiving your order to initiate a return.

4.Tracking Packages:
Once your order has shipped, we will provide you with a tracking number to track your package. A shipment notification, including the tracking information will be sent to your email address when your order is processed and leaves our facility.

5.Delivery Time:
The delivery time will depend on your delivery location, basically you will receive the item in 3-6 business days. You can check the tracking number through the Carrier’s website for your order delivery time. Please note that the delivery time for accessories may be longer. Some accessories are shipped directly from the factory and involve international transportation, which may take up to 20 days.
