Shipping Policy
We're committed to getting your order to you as quickly as possible. Once your order is placed, you'll receive a confirmation email. When it ships, you'll get a shipping email with tracking details.
1. Which countries can be delivered?

US: All E-Bike products can be delivered to the continental US (excluding Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and Alaska).

Most products come with free standard shipping. Optional upgrades for faster delivery or added protection may be available—please check the checkout page for details.
2. When will my order be processed?

Orders placed Monday–Friday: shipped within 24 hours.

Orders placed on weekends: shipped on Monday.

For special requests, leave a note at checkout.
3. Order Cancellation

Log in to your account, go to "My Account," then "Order Details," and locate the order.

Cancellation requests are accepted within 3 hours of placing your order.

If the order has already shipped, it cannot be canceled. You can initiate a return within 30 days of delivery.
4. Tracking Packages

After shipping, you'll receive a tracking number via email to track your package directly on the carrier’s website.
5. Delivery Time

Typical delivery: 2–5 business days, depending on location. Accessories may take longer (up to 20 days) due to international shipping.

Next-Day Delivery: Some products are eligible for next-day delivery, depending on your location. Check if you qualify here: Next-Day Delivery Zones.

Important: Next-day delivery is the fastest option but may be affected by holidays or major sales events (e.g., Black Friday, Christmas, Thanksgiving), which can cause delays of 2–3 days.
