Shipping Policy

We're always working to ship your order as quickly as possible. Once your order is placed, you'll receive an order confirmation email. When your order ships, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking details.

1.Which countries can be delivered?
US:All the Cycrown E-Bike products can be delivered to US-Continent (Excluding Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and Alaska), the costs of shipping is free.

CA:All the Cycrown E-Bike products can be delivered to Canada also, the cost of shipping is about $100.

2.When does my order will be proceed?
Orders placed on Monday to Friday, Your item will be shipped out 36 Hours.
Orders placed on weekend, your item will be shipped out on Monday.
If you have a special case or requirement please note us.

3.Order Cancellation:
(1)Customer can request an order cancellation before it's shipped.
(2)You may also cancel your order if your item has not been shipped.
(3)Once the item is shipped, your order cannot be cancelled. If the customer refuses the package upon delivery, the customer will be charged for the return shipping.

4.Tracking Packages:
Once your order has shipped, we will provide you with a tracking number to track your package. A shipment notification, including the tracking information will be sent to your email address when your order is processed and leaves our facility.

5.Delivery Time:
The delivery time will depend on your delivery location, basically you will receive the item in 3-6 business days. You can check the tracking number through the Carrier’s website for your order delivery time.

6.Restocking fee:
  • For the returns of new and unused ebikes within 14 days of receipt. Please note we’ll charge a $100 restocking fee.
  • For the return of used ebikes within 14 days, we charge a restocking fee that is 20% of the total order value.
  • Deliveries that are refused will be charged a $150 flat fee to partially cover our handling costs.
  • Approved returns of defective items within 14 days of receipt are exempt from the restocking fee. Our Customer Service team must be notified as early as possible for restocking fee waived.
