once assembled, we realized the motor was not working whatsoever. no pedal assist, no throttle, and no error codes. we had tried emailing support... who did not respond. so we tried the support chat on-website. who answered about once per day and were entirely unhelpful, suggesting a return if it was entirely unused... HOW would we know it was broken, if we didn't try to use it.
all in all money wasted on a very heavy bike, i would Never recommend this bike nor this company.
