When You Need to Provide Documentation

  1. Damage

    • Submit photos of the damaged product packaging and the damaged item itself.

  2. Delay

    • No documentation required. Shipping information is sufficient for verification.

  3. Lost in Transit

    • Simply provide the shipping information for verification.

  4. Porch Theft (Stolen After Delivery)

    • Provide one of the following:

      • Police report (usually available online)

      • Security camera footage of the theft

      • A letter from the shipping carrier

      • A written incident report from a property authority or leasing office

Compensation Methods

We offer flexible payout options:

  • PayPal – Supports multiple currencies, instant transfer

  • Venmo – Supports USD, instant transfer

  • Direct Deposit (ACH) – Supports USD, US bank accounts only, 1–3 business days

  • Product Replacement – At customer’s request, Seel can reimburse the same product from the original order instead of a cash payout

  • Click “Report an Issue” in the email to access the Claims Center.

  • Or visit Seel to submit your claim directly.
