Where else can I find battery comparable to my cycfree battery

Horrible customer service, will not restock batteries, will not give you information on how to find replacement batteries, and will not give you instructions on how to disassemble your bike to replace the battery and battery mount.

I have the run pro 26ah. There is 2 batteries on my bike and I can’t find any replacement at all for the top battery. And I also see that you out of stock for the bottom battery. Please resolve this soon.

Seriously, when will additional batteries be available? Without it I have no reason to purchase this

I have been visiting this site for a long time to see if the cycfree battery is available.but it is not the case.I do uber eats,every day I have 5 hours of autonomy time because of the lack of a battery
