The UrbanX itself drives like a dreamnimble, quick, and very stylish. Taking one star off solely due to the shipping carrier who left the huge package lying on its side in the driveway instead of upright on my porch. Luckily the inner thick foam padding completely protected the frame.

The bike itself is solid and acceleration is crisp. Unfortunately, FedEx delivered the box with a huge hole on the side. Luckily nothing vital was broken, just a minor scratch on the rack. Customer support offered a small partial credit which was nice, but packaging could definitely be reinforced.
