How long does shipping take?

West Coast: 1–3 business days (UPS/FedEx)

East Coast: 3–5 business days (UPS/FedEx)

Holidays/weekends may add 1–2 days

Certain metro areas (Los Angeles, NYC, Philadelphia, Baltimore-DC corridor, Northern Virginia, New Jersey) may receive next-day delivery.

Is shipping always free?

Yes, all ebikes enjoy free shipping.

During peak FedEx seasons, we cover 80% of oversized shipping fees; customers pay 20%.

What if I haven’t received my package?

Track via the shipping number provided; typical delivery is 1–5 days.

Weekend orders may experience delayed updates.

What warranty do CYCROWN eBikes have?

2-year limited warranty for original owners from CYCROWN’s official website.

Covers material or manufacturing defects under normal use.

Excludes wear, misuse, improper assembly, modifications, or accidents.

What is the return policy?

30-day returns:
Unopened: $120 shipping fee

Opened/≤10 miles: 30% restocking + $120 shipping

Used >10 miles: 50% restocking + $120 shipping

Keep original packaging and all accessories.
Refunds issued ~5 business days after inspection.
