I purchased the BOGO promotion for the dual-battery CycHunter 1.0 (standard) e-bikes. They arrived 95% assembled; only need to attach the front fender + wheel, handlebars, kickstand, pedals. assembly time approx. 30-40 minutes. Photo instructions were easy to follow, but some details depicted different hardware: 1) parts diagram showed an info button, but no info button existed on either bike. 2) instructions to access customizable settings were for different hardware. for these e-bikes, one must press the + and - buttons simultaneously. All pedal assist levels worked as designed, reaching 28mph on level 5. these 1.0 e-bikes have mechanical brakes, but a class 3 e-bike should have hydraulic brakes as standard equipment. I reached out to customer support for recommended upgrade solutions, but they advised against it. I upgraded our helmets to NTA 8776-certified helmets. BIKE #1: 1) an acorn nut was provided for the front fender mount, but the bolt was too long. I reached out to customer support who advised purchasing an M5 lock nut from my local hardware store. Easy enough, but note an M6 lock nut is needed. 2) the bicycle stem that attaches the handlebars to the front fork tube was installed with the faceplate facing the rear, so it needed to spin 180 degrees. I recommend doing this BEFORE attaching the handlebars. 3) there are two pinch bolts on the stem. the lower bolt was very loose. 4) gears were not shifting properly (the bike wouldn’t go to first gear), so I had to adjust the top jockey wheel. BIKE #2: 1) the bicycle stem wasn’t installed in-line with the front wheel, so the handlebars were not perfectly perpendicular to the front wheel. The error was approx. 8 degrees to the right. 2) the bicycle stem that attaches the handlebars to the front fork tube was installed with the faceplate facing the rear, so it needed spin 180 degrees. I recommend doing this BEFORE attaching the handlebars. 3) there are two pinch bolts on the stem. the lower bolt was very loose.

nice small bike. the front suspension is not great. my bike has something going on with the front fork tube. is is making a clunking and is no way to service it.
Got the Alpine Green color for my 16-year-old daughter. She uses it daily for school and weekend trips to her friends' houses. Top speed caps at a safe 20 mph, and the dual mechanical disc brakes stop immediately. Bright headlight for evening rides. Great customer service from CYCROWN as well!

Ordered during the Back to School promo and it arrived at my doorstep in California in just 3 days! Packaging was pristine. Assembly was straightforward with the provided toolkit and manual. The bike is faster than expected—unlocking Class 3 speeds (28mph) makes commuting in traffic feel safe because you can keep up with cars on city streets. Dual suspension makes a night-and-day difference compared to hardtail ebikes.
Took the CycRun 2.0 down to the boardwalk over the weekend. The 20x4 fat tires float over loose sand and rough pavement alike. The vintage headlight looks absolutely iconic at dusk, and the integrated turn signals make night riding feel so much safer when sharing the lane with cars.
Acceleration is punchy and smooth. Hitting 28 mph feels stable and planted thanks to the heavy-duty frame and rear shocks. Also love the USB charging port on the LCD dash—kept my phone at 100% while running GPS maps. CYCROWN really knocked it out of the park with this 2.0 upgrade!

Identical bike except for mag wheels...
Issues as follows :
1. Far below expectations of battery life ...
Averaging less than 10 miles *pedal assisting*
( Do I need to change out gas tank battery with the lower one for extended range? )
Why are they not in tandem together? Am I missing something?
2. Missing key for top battery unlock..
Have lower, How do I replace #T164 advise?
3. Rear wheel alignment to brake is.... interesting.
4. Pleasant ride stance (5' 10") altho guests riding this bike feel it is a bit tall. Adjusted rear shock , advice in additional *dampening* for smoother overall ride.
I would greatly appreciate any and all help with these issues....
I , myself enjoy this bike immensely, but...
I am in upstate NY... 56 years old and using this as basic transportation to store and back ..
2.9 miles each way ... battery is blinking close to dead 1/2 mile away... Cannot push 80 lbs+ up the hill anymore.
Overall.... I like...
Saddlebags, or pannier bag accessories instead of drink cup...
