It was a Christmas gift for my 12 yr old son, and I put it together on Christmas. It took many hours and you tube videos, the instructions where not helpful.
However, the right pedal would not go on. The left was also a struggle but I finally got it on. I emailed them the same say, requesting a new right pedal and possibly a new crank.
I have an extremely busy life, and I really do not have the time to wait for their response. It is clearly not a concern for them, they got their money.
They eventually got back to me requesting pictures. I sent them pictures. They sent a new crank but not a new pedal, even though I originally complained about the pedal.
In March, they requested a video of the problem. I am not sure what a video will show them. The right pedal is not attaching. I am not requesting a refund or discount just a replacement of the pedal.
I sent them a video and they said they could not open it and asked me to send it via a link. I do not have the ability to send a link, nor do I have the time. At this point, I got fed up with their games.
Once again (about the third time) I requested the new right pedal that was originally requested Christmas Day. I still have not received the right pedal.
At this point, I consider the item defective. I hold them responsible for any injury resulting from the lack of pedal.
In addition, the bike cannot be used as a pedal assist bike since it does not have a pedal!
You cannot call cycrown, and your are at the mercy of their response to your email.
Customer service is very important when you are purchasing a bike that moves at a high speed. In addition, when we purchase items online, customer service is very important, it cannot be returned to a store or repair shop.
Unfortunately there was a large nail on the road on my way home from school, but cycrowns warranty covers this sort of thing which was amazing to hear as the bike itself is awesome. Once I emailed there support email they only needed my order number and some pictures and that was it they sent me replacement parts and I was on my way amazing customer service much appreciated.
I've owned a few ebikes before, but this one stands out. The ride feels stable, powerful, and very confidence-inspiring. I mainly use it for commuting and short trips, and it's been rock solid so far. I like the green color!
Honestly bought this for the looks, but the performance surprised me. Acceleration is smooth and it handles city streets really well. Gets attention everywhere I ride.
After riding this bike for a few weeks, I can say I have no regrets. Solid build, great power for city riding, and the vintage look always gets compliments.

The 750W motor really makes a difference on rough trails. I've taken it through gravel roads and steep paths, and the four-link suspension keeps everything stable and comfortable. The Samsung battery still had more than 40% left after my 25-mile weekend ride.
This thing is built like a tank! The fat tires make off-road rides so much fun, and even at 28 mph it feels super stable. The TFT display is bright and easy to read, and I like that it connects to the app for tracking my rides.
This company doesn't offer the sale of a classic headlamp, equipped on the moped style ebike, why wouldn't they? Can anyone help me purchase a original round motorcycle style light?
