WOW, what a wonderful e-bike. I purchased the cycrown-hunter bike, very happy with it. I got the one with 2 batteries, and it very smooth and comfortable. Solid and very fast. The seat is nice, I like the brown leather. I’m 69 years old, and enjoy it very much. I highly recommend this bike to anyone. And thank you cycrown company for a wonderful product. Thank you. I like the mirrors and the way they operate and all. What I don’t like is that according to the instructions they should be placed right next to or closest to handles but the cycrown cargo bike comes with so many attachments that you can’t place the mirrors as they should so you won’t get the most of the side rear view.
The battery works well however the charging plugs was different from the original and it didn’t come with a charger. Called customer service and they took care of me sending me a free charging plug.
Overall I’m satisfied, just removing a star for the hassle.
Have not assembled because I can just tell the quality is not good . Really bummed because I saved for this
The CYCROWN ebike has performed as it should, I am happy with all the options it has offered so far. The limits that I have found difficult, there doesn't seem to be any adjustments for lowering the seat, I can't touch the ground if I had to stop, which means I have to jump off the bike to stop moving. Wish the speedometer would show how fast your going over 20mph when going down hill. Overall, the ebike has a great look, solid construction, a bit heavy even without the batteries. It has response time and gets up to speed pretty quickly. I'm happy with this purchase, it's great for just cruising around.
Some issues but costumer service help revolved issues timely.

Kinda sad I bought a saddle bag not knowing it goes into a rear rack 😔see all the how to videos 🫣 my bike doesn't have one of those
Sorry to hear that! 😔 May I ask if you have a CycRun or CycHunter?
If so, those models don't come with a rear rack by default, so the saddle bag requires one to be installed. We recommend purchasing a compatible rear rack from Amazon or another retailer.

The part sent to fix the bike does not work. Crank wasn't the problem, it was the right pedal itself - the threading seems to be stripped as we've successfully installed another pedal into the original and replacement crank.

Sorry to say the brake pads are basically worthless after the kids ride their bikes for two weeks. The bikes are heavy and the pads are small and have very little material on them. When you go to order they are out of stock so you have to order the brake calipers and the pads together. Now they are also out of stock. I ordered (3) calipers and received (2). Still waiting on the last one to come. Is there an upgrade to these brakes. The bikes themselves are great, but the brakes are horrible to say the least. Please say that there is an upgrade to help us out. Thanks for listening. Dan Ivey

I misplaced the charger that came with the Bike and ordered another one. It came in good time and works fantastically.!!

i should be able to buy brakes from where i bought my ebike... atleast include a part number in the description so i can google the part number and find a replacement...
I have waited months, close to a year, for these to restock...
