Order Cancellation
We understand plans can change — no worries.
If you’d like to cancel your order, please follow these steps:

Log in to your account on our website.

Go to “My Account” → “Order Details.”

Find the order you want to cancel and click “Cancel Order.”
Orders can be canceled within 3 hours of being placed.
Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled.
If you no longer want the item after shipment, you may request a return within 30 days of delivery, subject to the return conditions below.
⚠️ Important: Refusing delivery or skipping the authorized return process may result in transit loss or warehouse refusal. In such cases, eligibility for a refund or replacement may be voided.
If an order is canceled after shipment, the customer is responsible for the return shipping fee, and the original outbound shipping cost (even if shown as “free shipping”) will not be refunded.
Please do not send any item back without written confirmation from Cycrown.
30-Day Return & Refund Policy
We want you to love your Cycrown eBike. If it’s not the right fit, you may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order under the following conditions:

2. Opened Products (Used Within 10 Miles)

30% restocking fee (based on order price)

3. Used Products (Over 10 Miles)

Must be returned in original packaging

50% restocking fee (based on order price)

$120 return shipping fee per e-bike
Mileage eligibility is determined solely by the odometer reading at inspection.
Exchange Policy (7 Days)
You may request an exchange within 7 days of receiving your order.
All exchanges are subject to product condition and verified odometer mileage.

Products ridden for more than 1 mile are not eligible for exchange

Exchange Value Rules
-
Exchanges are normally processed for products of equal value.
-
If the replacement product is higher priced, the customer must pay the price difference.

If the replacement product is lower priced, the difference will be refunded.
-
Discounts, promotional offers, coupons, and taxes are excluded when calculating exchange value differences.
All exchange requests must be reviewed and approved by Cycrown before return or shipping instructions are issued.
Policy Priority & Abuse Prevention

The Exchange Policy (7 days / 1 mile) and the Return Policy (30 days / 10 miles) are separate and independent policies and may not be combined.

Products that exceed exchange mileage limits are not eligible for exchange and will only be evaluated under the return policy.

Cycrown reserves the right to deny or adjust refunds or exchanges if the product condition, usage, mileage, or packaging does not meet policy requirements.

Any attempt to bypass return or exchange procedures (including refusal of delivery) may void eligibility for a refund or replacement.
Additional Guidelines

Accessories & Free Gifts: All accessories and promotional gifts must be returned. Missing items will be charged at retail value.

Missing Keys: A $50 fee applies for lost keys.

Packaging: If the original box is missing, replacement packaging must be smaller than 61" × 12" × 39". Oversized boxes will incur a $1,200 surcharge. For detailed reference, please check the FedEx official additional shipping fees

Return Timeline: Items must be dropped off within 7 days of receiving the return label. Late drop-offs may incur an additional $120 fee.
Inspection & Refund Process

Returned items are inspected within 12 business days of arrival.

Customers will be notified once the return is approved or rejected.

Approved refunds are processed within 5 business days.
-
If misuse, damage, or abnormal wear is found, Cycrown may partially deduct or deny the refund.
Refunds are issued in USD to the original payment method.
For international orders, currency conversion or transaction fees charged by banks or card issuers are non-refundable.
How to Start a Return or Exchange
To initiate a return or exchange, contact us within the applicable timeframe:

All returns and exchanges must be authorized by Cycrown in writing before shipping.
Unauthorized returns will be refused.
Pre-orders & Backorders

Pre-orders and backorders are charged in full at checkout.

Payment is processed immediately, regardless of shipping date.
Accessories & Replacement Parts
Accessories and replacement parts may be returned within 30 days if unused, undamaged, and in unopened packaging.
Customers are responsible for shipping costs both ways.
Non-returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

Batteries purchased separately (standalone battery purchases)

Gift cards
-
Gifted orders
-
Purchases from unauthorized resellers

Items damaged due to misuse, modification, or human error
⚠️ Note: Batteries included as part of a complete eBike purchase must be returned together with the eBike in accordance with the return or exchange policy above.
Final Notice
Please do not ship any item back without prior written approval from Cycrown.
Unauthorized returns will not be processed and may result in additional fees.
Once an order has shipped, the sale is considered final.
