From loose dirt and rocky inclines to hard-packed forest trails, the MotoX 1 handles everything with total confidence. Battery life is fantastic and the 1000W-class power delivery is pure joy!
Everything you need in a city commuter ebike right out of the box. 10/10 recommendation.
The battery lasts forever and the motor is super quiet. Highly recommend for city commuting.
Absolutely love these ebikes! Makes my daily commute fun and stress-free.
Brings back the joy of dirt biking without any of the maintenance head-aches. Absolutely loving the MotoX 1!
You get serious power and full off-road capability without paying crazy motorcycle dealer prices.
Love the step-through frame design and how easy it is to hop on and off during frequent stop-and-go city traffic. The thumb throttle has about a half-second lag before engaging, but once it kicks in, it moves fast!
Ridden through light rain multiple times with zero electrical or mechanical glitches.
Quiet enough to ride around my 2-acre backyard track without annoying the neighbors. Total game changer.
We liked mine so much we bought a second Urban X for my teenager for school commutes.
No risk of burning your leg on hot exhaust pipes. Clean, cool, and safe electric power.
Rode for over 3 hours on aggressive forest trails and still had 25% battery left! Top speed is thrilling and throttle response is snappy. Customer support was helpful when I called with a tire pressure question.
Previously owned the Standard Cychunter with two batteries. But was stolen. I was excited to see there was an upgrade version 2.0! NOT MUCH OF AN UPGRADE. More of a downgrade.
-They removed the horn from the standard to the 2.0 replaced it with a bell?! Was nice having the horn living in the city. Easy for cars to hear a horn verses a bell.
- The sound used for the horn on the standard is now used as a reminder that your blinker is being used. But not as loud. (I think the blinker blinking on the screen would have been fine by itself) also well your maneuvering through setting it sounds which is annoying in both cases. Feel that people are going to think I’m honking at them well signaling a turn. I Won’t signal for that reason.
-Acceleration seems worse.
- Loved the brown seat on the standard no option for 2.0.
Pros: Brakes are better on the 2.0
Screen is bigger. That’s about it.
I’ll be selling my upgraded cychunter 2.0 to avoid having to ship it. And will order the previous standard edition again. They should have mention the differences. I was expecting the same bike but with add ons. Doesn’t feel like a upgrade just different version.
Hi dear!
Thank you for taking the time to share your detailed feedback. We truly appreciate you sharing your experience, especially since you previously owned the original CYCROWN Hunter and were able to compare both versions.
First, we’d like to clarify a few points regarding the Hunter 2.0 upgrades:
1. Speed & acceleration
The Hunter 2.0 is designed with upgraded components and performance improvements. To reach the maximum speed of 32 mph, the speed setting needs to be unlocked through the display settings. Our customer support team can guide you through the setup process if needed.
2. Upgrades on Hunter 2.0
We’re sorry that the changes did not meet your expectations. The Hunter 2.0 was upgraded in several areas, including:
Motor power and top speed
Larger upgraded LCD display
NFC smart unlocking
Improved rear suspension system
Upgraded braking performance
Refined riding experience
We also worked to keep the Hunter 2.0 at a price point very close to the original version despite these upgrades.
3. Turn signal sound reminder
The audible reminder when using the turn signals was designed as a safety feature to help riders remember the signal is active, especially in busy urban environments. However, we understand that some riders may find it distracting. This feature can actually be turned off through the settings, and our customer support team will reach out to walk you through the steps.
4. Horn feedback
Regarding the horn replacement, we completely understand your concern. A louder horn can be especially useful for city riding, and this feedback is very valuable. We agree that this is an area where the previous version provided a better experience, and we plan to bring back the original horn design in future updates.
We’re sorry that the Hunter 2.0 did not feel like the upgrade you expected, but we truly appreciate your honest feedback. Insights from experienced riders like you help us continue improving future versions of CYCROWN products.
Our support team will contact you shortly to help with the settings and make sure you’re getting the best possible experience from your Hunter 2.0.
I find myself looking for excuses to run errands down the street just so I can ride this bike. It handles so smoothly and makes tackling windy days completely effortless. Highly recommended for city dwellers.
You get a lot of high-end features on this model without paying ridiculous premium prices. The frame is rock solid, battery performance matches the advertising, and customer service was quick to answer my shipping updates.
City riding requires dependable stopping power due to distracted drivers and jaywalkers. The hydraulic disc brakes on the UrbanX have a great bite and bring me to a dead stop safely and quickly every time.
Ive been rocking my 2,0 for two months now in Baja Mexico. Weve conqueres many hills and trails here ....Love the bike to pieces!!!!!!
I need to get the second battery for longer rides, and wish it had more low end power. Were best of friends as I ride her every morning Cant seem to get the top speed to 28 as instructed by the manuel. Help would be appreciated.....Love my 2.0!!!!
Thank you so much for your awesome review! We're thrilled to hear your Run 2.0 has been taking on the hills and trails of Baja with you. It sounds like you've made some amazing memories together!
Regarding the top speed, we'd be happy to help you unlock it. Please contact our customer support at vip@cycrown.com, and our team will guide you through the speed unlock process step by step. We appreciate your support and wish you many more great rides!
Everything feels tight and well-engineered. Throttle response is prompt, brakes grab firmly. A bit heavy, but expected for this frame and battery size.
Took the bike out for a long 30-mile urban exploration route yesterday. The battery still showed two full bars when I got home. The tires absorb small sidewalk cracks nicely, providing a very plush ride.
Brought this as our pit vehicle for race weekends. Fits easily in the back of the truck alongside our full-size gas bikes and handles all pit chores quietly.
The packaging was extremely secure with plenty of protective foam wrapping. The included manual was actually clear and readable, and the tools provided made putting the front wheel and handlebars on a total breeze.
