The bike is great it's a little tall for me and I didn't realize that but it's okay. Your service leaves a little to be desired. I'm not happy with your service at all. I did get the shifter part and I appreciate it. The back and forth shooting this I had to go through to get that part is ridiculous. Also this bike is a return and I know it. I should have got a discount for it being a return. So as I said your service sucks. The bike is good.
