You get a lot of high-end features on this model without paying ridiculous premium prices. The frame is rock solid, battery performance matches the advertising, and customer service was quick to answer my shipping updates.
City riding requires dependable stopping power due to distracted drivers and jaywalkers. The hydraulic disc brakes on the UrbanX have a great bite and bring me to a dead stop safely and quickly every time.

I need to get the second battery for longer rides, and wish it had more low end power. Were best of friends as I ride her every morning Cant seem to get the top speed to 28 as instructed by the manuel. Help would be appreciated.....Love my 2.0!!!!

Took the bike out for a long 30-mile urban exploration route yesterday. The battery still showed two full bars when I got home. The tires absorb small sidewalk cracks nicely, providing a very plush ride.
The UrbanX itself drives like a dreamnimble, quick, and very stylish. Taking one star off solely due to the shipping carrier who left the huge package lying on its side in the driveway instead of upright on my porch. Luckily the inner thick foam padding completely protected the frame.
I’ve recently bought one and it says it tops speed is 28 but I’ve only been able to unlock it to 22, but the built of the bike is pretty good for its price

Everything about this bike feels heavy-duty. The kickstand is rock solid even with heavy cargo packages on the back, and the wiring harnesses are wrapped cleanly. Excellent engineering design choice.
The torque sensor response is dead-on and the NFC card unlock feels like high-tech wizardry. Taking off one star because FedEx absolutely mauled the outer cardboard shipping box. Luckily, the packing foam inside was incredibly thick, so the frame paint itself didn't suffer any scuffs. The bike runs perfectly.
After 400 miles of aggressive urban commuting, this setup has been flawless. Mechanical parts are holding up beautifully, the Samsung battery health is at 100%, and the dual sensor makes riding genuinely addictive.
The Dremax hybrid runs flawlessly and the Samsung battery cell consistency is outstanding. Knocking off one star because the courier service heavily gashed the side handle of the outer cardboard box during shipping transit. Luckily, the heavy-duty foam interior layout kept the frame entirely safe from any scratches.
While the motor has plenty of torque, I still like to pedal hard to get some cardio in. The Shimano shifter clicks smoothly through gears, and pairing a higher gear with a lower assist level gives me a fantastic workout on flat roads.
I bought my Cychunter 6 months ago and the brakes squeal like crazy, mine came with mechanical brakes and I'm upgrading to hydraulic brakes with 180mm rotors it came with 160mm rotors The tires are low quality I'll have to replace those too it should be a pretty decent bike after that

At 62 years old, regular crossbar bikes hurt my knees to mount. The Roma step-thru layout is a blessing. It allows me to stay active and go on 20-mile scenic weekend treks with complete comfort.
The integrated rear utility rack handles loaded panniers effortlessly without rattle or sway. The heavy-duty kickstand keeps the hybrid completely stable even on uneven asphalt while loading gear bags.
This bike is a lot of fun for first time purchasers. Just know the top speed is 20mph, and I recommend the Bluetooth Helmet! The cons are definitely there, though; Battery lasts 1/3 as long as advertised; I have confirmed this through multiple long distance trips. If CYCROWN wants to message me and let me know why their product isn't working as advertised, that would be excellent, as my user warranty has since lapsed. Overall, a good, not great bike, but only because it is Not As Advertised!!!

Regarding the battery, our advertised max range is based on ideal lab testing (low speed, flat roads, eco mode). In real-world riding—especially at top speeds, uphill, or with frequent stops—the power draws much faster.

The controller mapping is spot on. When you need a fast blast of speed to distance yourself from lane-splitting traffic at a light, the throttle responds linearly without an abrupt wheelie snap. Very refined.

Received my bike in May have been riding a little over a month, the breaks are so loud that it's kind of a nucense without headphones, they literally scream, and they released an upgraded version literally a day later which kinda sucks but overall fun bike, breaks are terrible.
Great eBike: stylish & durable with terrible potholes & cracked pavements from construction. Charging is decent but always have your charger with you in case of emergencies, drains fast going up steep hills.
1 star off for Assembly issues:
2 of the bolts to secure the front fender wouldn't unscrew & it started to strip the allen wrench. I eventually had to use zip ties to secure the fender.

Highly disappointed in the cyCrown app functionality & the lack of video tutorials & support pages. Won't keep trip records or even give an alert when your battery is running low.
My old commuter bike kept me bent forward, and my lower back would ache after 20 minutes. The Nomad Pro frame geometry lets you sit in a much more relaxed, upright posture. Much better field of view for city traffic and zero fatigue after an hour in the saddle.
Overall quality for the price we were satisfied with. The battery range is lower than advertised, having a hard time getting 12 miles on flat surfaces even with pedal assist. Also, my 16" came with a flat back tire and we just purchased a tube from Amazon rather than wait for customer service.
Spent weeks looking over different step-thru options online. The combination of full-suspension, smart tracking, and robust motor made me choose the Roma. No regrets after 300 miles.
I really love using this bike instead of my car but the problems I ran into in the first month are really frustrating and disappointing. Out of the box the rear brake rotors were rubbing and making a really irritating noise when pedaling, after adjusting them the pedaling noise is gone but the rear brakes are so effing loud. Rear suspension also squeaks like crazy which is very annoying when riding. Also, this may be the case with many electric bikes as this is my first but acceleration at high speeds can be very touchy and found myself being jerked around a little if I wasn’t super consistent in my pedaling. Also, on the way home from work today my rear tire deflated for seemingly no reason when at a red light. I still can’t find a hole on my tire but I had to push my 80lb bike all the way home in the heat. I would give this 3 1/2 stars if that were an option but it’s not. I really love this bike but it has kinda just been hurting my feelings with the out of box issues. To be honest, not worth 600$ if I have to get a bunch of stuff to fix all the squeaking when it should have just been greased better at the factory & get new tires when this thing has only ever ridden in bike lanes and on the road.
